The Center for Asbestos Disease (CARD) Foundation was established in 2008 to develop relationships and financial resources in support of CARD. The Foundation accepts gifts on behalf of CARD and works to fund both present and future needs of the clinic.

The CARD Foundation seeks sources of funding to support the goals of the Center for Asbestos Related Disease. The immediate goals of the Foundation are to: 1) Raise support to fund the healthcare, research, and outreach needs of CARD; and 2) Raise support to fund a patient care and research facility which will allow the CARD community of physicians, researchers and staff to better serve the demands of the patient population.

The CARD Foundation Board is comprised of 5 dedicated volunteer leaders who work closely with CARD staff to secure much needed resources for CARD to continue providing top notch healthcare and cutting edge research for people who have been exposed to Libby amphibole asbestos.
